We are a multidisciplinary advisory firm offering high-quality tax, accounting and legal services through the close cooperation of our expert teams.
Since 2011, we’ve been the exclusive independent member of WTS Global, a leading global network of tax and also legal advisory firms with a presence in over 100 countries.
As part of this global network, we provide locally grounded support with a truly international reach – especially for clients operating within multinational groups. At the same time, we work closely with a broad range of other businesses, from small and mid-sized companies to purely local firms, delivering expert advice tailored to their specific needs and goals.
History
We have been active on the Czech market since 2003, building on the legacy of the local branch of a global tax and legal advisory group. From the very beginning, we’ve continued to provide high-quality, comprehensive advisory services aligned with international standards -primarily for clients operating within multinational structures.
Over time, we’ve broadened our expertise to cover nearly all advisory areas relevant to businesses with a corporate background.

Jana Alfery built her career on trust, vision, and the conviction that professional excellence and human understanding belong together.
Since the late 1990s, she has thrived in an advisory world defined by personal meetings, deep conversations, and lasting client relationships — foundations that continue to shape her work today.
When she founded WTS Alfery, Jana set high standards for quality and independence while reimagining what work itself could look like. In 2012, long before remote work became a global trend, she introduced flexible home-office models to support her team — especially young mothers — in balancing their careers with family life.
For Jana, success is not measured by size or numbers, but by continuity, trust, and independence. Over more than two decades, she has guided her firm through changing markets and generations, earning lasting confidence from clients, partners, and within the WTS Global network.
Recognized by The Legal 500 since 2011 and inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2018, she continues to inspire the next generation of professionals.
